Statewide Descriptor Table D85 Warrant Bank Distribution
The D85 Warrant Bank Distribution table defines the banks that warrants are drawn on, and what ratio of warrants is drawn on each bank, as determined by the State Treasurer. It also contains the information for printing the MICR line on the state warrants.

BANK NUMBER
Enter the nine-character (includes special characters) bank number and bank location number. This is normally on the top right corner of a check.
TRANSIT NUMBER
Enter the nine-digit bank transit number. This is the first set of numbers you would normally see on the bottom left corner of a check in the MICR line.
BANK ACCT NBR
Enter the bank account number, up to 13 digits. Since most bank account numbers are eleven-digits, use leading spaces (but not leading zeros).
ISSUE RATIO
Enter the two-digit ratio of warrants to be issued on the bank.
EXPEDITE BANK
Enter the two-character expedite indicator. Identifies if the bank is the bank SCO uses to issue expedite warrants, if any.

00 (zeroes) – Do not issue expedites on this bank
