Statewide Descriptor Table D75 Prior FY Warrant Cancel Date

The D75 Prior FY Warrant Cancel Date table defines the issue date of warrants that will be canceled at the end of the fiscal year. Any warrant issued before the specified date, and with a status of outstanding, will be changed to a status of 'PY cancel at the end of the year'.

Preliminary reports are sent to agencies in March. At the end of the fiscal year, the final report processes and changes the status to PY cancel. The associated cash is sent to unclaimed property or back to the agency, depending on Idaho Code.

Enter the two-character file ID affected by this date. Current value is:

WC – Warrant control file

REFERENCE DATA

CANCEL CNTRL DT

Enter the eight-digit issue date. Any warrant issued before this date, and with a status of outstanding, will be changed to a status of 'PY cancel at the end of the year'. This date is usually July 01 of the preceding calendar year.

TITLE Enter the prior FY warrant cancel title, up to 50 characters.
