Statewide Descriptor Table D66 Operator Class
The D66 table identifies the valid ranges of transaction codes that each operator class type can enter into STARS. (Each user's security table requires an operator class.)

OPERATOR CLASS
Enter the two-digit operator class assigned by SCO.
RECORD ID
If the reference data fields are full on the first "page" (RECORD ID 1) and requires a second screen, use RECORD ID 2 for that second screen.
INCL EXCL IND
Enter the one-character include/exclude indicator:
I – Include data entry capabilities for the following transaction code ranges.
E – Exclude data entry capabilities for the following transaction code ranges.
Enter the three-character transaction code, followed by either a comma (to show a break between the transaction code or ranges) or by a hyphen (to show the “to"-“from" transaction codes in a range).
For example,
TRAN CD/CONNCT1: 027, would indicate the transaction code 027 only, separated from the next range of codes.
the following two lines indicate transaction codes 10P through and including 195. I.e., 10P-195. The comma at the end of 195 indicates a separation from the next group of transaction codes
