Statewide Descriptor Table D32 Subsidiary
The D32 Subsidiary table defines the agency, General Ledger, and the title of a subsidiary account. A subsidiary is used for Interagency Billings to identify the billing agency and the paying agency.

GL ACCOUNT
Enter the four-digit general ledger number set up in Descriptor Table 31. This G/L account number should be the same G/L account number as identified on the transaction code to be used with this subsidiary. Posts to the subsidiary and document files under this G/L account number.
SUBSIDIARY
Enter the seven-digit subsidiary number for the subsidiary record.
When setting up for an agency, normally use the three-digit agency code followed by four zeros (2300000). To create more than one subsidiary for an agency, use the three-digit agency code, and then four numbers other than zeros.
