Agency Descriptor Table D03 Division

The D03 Division table defines the second level of the organization structure within your agency (Agency-Division). This table contains the number and title your agency assigns to each division. The title shows on reports that you request at the division level or lower. 

Additions or changes require approval from your agency's Division of Financial Management (DFM) analyst. Send an ORG-23 Organization Structure Maintenance form to your agency's Division of Financial Management (DFM) analyst for approval, and then to the State Controller's Office (SCO), Bureaus of Accounting Operations.

D03 – Division Data Entry Requirements

Data Element Description
TABLE-ID-NUMBER Enter 03 on the ORG-23 form. Updated by SCO only. Send form to DFM for approval.
KEY DATA

AGENCY - Enter your three-digit agency code set up in Descriptor Table 02.

DIV  - Enter the two-digit division code your agency has assigned.

REFERENCE DATA Leave blank.
TITLE Enter the name, up to 50 characters, your agency assigns for this division. This title will show on reports that include organization structure.
