Purpose: An Agency Maintain User has the option to select specific reports within a SYSID they would like to assign to a user, one report at a time.
How to assign unassigned reports:
1. From the Welcome screen, select 'User Maintenance by User'.
2. From the User Maintenance Menu screen select 'User Maintenance by User'.
3. On the left corner of the page select 'Find New User' or select the user from the 'User Maintenance by User’ list that is displayed.
4. Enter the last name or first name in the User Lookup box and select 'Find'.
Note: Agencies cannot change the agency code field.
5. Choose the blue 'Select' button next to the employee to whom you would like to grant access.
6. Select the 'Edit' button next to the SYSID you would like to add.
7. This will expand the table. Checkmark the 'View Reports' and click Save.
Note: Edit, Save, and assigning Authority will have to be done for each SYSID that needs to be added to the user.
8. Once SYSID(s) have been added 'Report' will display next to each assigned SYSID. Select 'Report' to add SYSID specific reports.
9. A new screen 'Report Assignment Maintenance' will open. Select the drop down arrow on the box labeled 'Select Report to Assign' to view reports available to assign to the user.
10. Select the report number the user is to be assigned to. A table with the report code and title will be displayed.
11. After clicking the 'Assign Selected' button, the report is officially assigned to the user and no further steps are required. The Agency Maintain User may now continue on to select other, specific reports they wish to assign until they have completed the above steps for each report they would like the user to have access to within one SYSID. When all desired reports are added within the one SYSID, the Agency Maintain User may then proceed to the next SYSID and continue to add reports in the same manner, until the user is set up as desired by their agency.
