SK - Separation, Layoff, Budget Restrictions

Purpose: This action allows an agency to layoff an employee due specifically to budget restrictions or shortage of funds.

 

The effective date on the action should be the last date the employee enters hours.

 

 Note:  A time sheet must be submitted when:

  • The employee is Time Sheet Required = 'N', and
  • The effective date is later than the current pay period begin date.
