Pending Backdate Status

Purpose: This status prevents duplicate Personnel Change and Position Control actions from being uploaded to the mainframe in the incorrect order based on the creation date/time and effective date.  Any documents that meet this criteria will not be uploaded.

Note:  If a document has a status of pending backdate the originator of that document will be notified via e-mail.

Pending-Backdate Actions can be deleted or resubmitted in IPOPS by any user with Authorized Originator access within that agency.
