IX - Inactive, Sabbatical (pay status = B)

Purpose: This action allows an agency to inactivate an employee for a Sabbatical leave with pay. A leave with pay granted to a university professor for rest, travel or research. The EIS system will generate a 'B' to the Pay Status and a 'Y' to the Time Sheet Required fields.  
 
Position (pay) status must be equal to A (active) or I (inactive without pay) in order to use this change reason.
