IB - Inactive, Sabbatical (pay status = I)

Purpose: This action allows an agency to inactivate an employee for a sabbatical leave without pay.  A leave without pay granted to a university professor for rest, travel or research. The time sheet required field will be updated to ‘Y’ and the pay status will be changed to ‘I’.
 
Position (pay) status must be equal to A (active) or B (inactive with pay) in order to use this change reason.
