DT - Rate Decrease, Disciplinary

Purpose: This action allows an agency to reduce an employee's current hourly rate due to a disciplinary action, performance related issue, etc. 

  •  The new rate/salary must be less than the current rate. 

Note:  The Adjusted Contract Salary may be greater than the Rate/Salary.
