Special Instructions for DEQ: If employee has multiple time sheets, when "Mark Deleted" is selected, the time sheet selected will be deleted and the following message will be received: "Employee has multiple time sheets for the pay period. Selected time sheet will be deleted, other time sheets will need to be reprocessed. Select OK to continue, Cancel to exit." The selected time sheet will be deleted. The remaining timesheet or timesheets will be placed in draft status and will need to be approved and resubmitted. Note: If a timesheet is selected as 'Mark Deleted' a Payroll Remarks in IPOPS must be submitted requesting the batch number be deleted for the selected timesheet.
