Report – Payroll Leave Default Messages- D-444395

Purpose:  This report will display leave default error messages for employees coding leave.  The number of leave hours reported were greater than the employee's balance for the coded leave type and if applicable will convert to another type of leave.

Frequency:

XXX Y.Y HRS OF REPORTED TIME - XXX CONVERTED TO TIME TYPE-XXX

(XXX can be any "leave" type of earnings and Y.Y is the number of leave hours to be converted)  The number of leave hours reported is greater than the employee's balance for that type of leave and if applicable will convert to another type of leave.  Once all leave balances are exhausted, based on leave defaults, hours will default to LWO (leave without pay).
