House Bill 136 of the 2025 Legislative Session established a reporting requirement for all 340b entities operating in Idaho. The 340b Program Report Portal is where all 340b entities will submit their report as required by Idaho Code§ 41-351

The 340b Program Report submission is due no later than April 1 on an annual basis.
