​In some cases your P-Card may not be accepted by a merchant or vendor. This is usually because the P-Card account administrator in your agency has restricted that merchant in the U.S. Bank application. ​​

The administrator does this based on the group of Merchant Category Codes assigned to the vendor or merchant. 

You must contact your agency's P-Card administrator.​​
