​Enterprise Reporting Security

Selecting any authorizations in this category will require Head of Agency/Designee approval.

Action: Required field. The form cannot be submitted if a selection has not been made.

  • No Change - Select this option if there are no additions changes or deletions to this category
  • Add/Change - Select this option when you are making any changes to the category. This can be removing or adding access
  • Delete All - Only select this option if you want to remove all IBIS authority.

Enterprise Reporting Access Role 

  • None - Default. No access granted.
  • Reader - User is allowed to read any existing report in Enterprise Reporting but not create their own custom reports or save report changes.
  • Report Builder - User is allowed to read any existing report in Enterprise Reporting PLUS build their own custom reports and save into authorized agency or private folders.

Enterprise Reporting Data Role - More than one item may be selected​

Data access is split into three main modules. 

  • ​​Finance and Procurement
  • HR
  • Workforce (Timesheets)
Each has a non-confidential and a confidential checkbox option. Checking the confidential box will provide you with access to non-confidential AND confidential items so you only need check one of the options per module.  Confidential items in Enterprise Reporting are:  Pay Code, Birthdate, Employee Identity code, Ethnicity, Gender Code, Gender Desc, Marital Status,Protected Veteran Multi Select,Protected Veteran Status Code,Protected Veteran Status Desc,SSN Full,Veteran Code, ID Change Reason
