Division of Administration

Manages the budget and fiscal records for the office. Provides support to the State Controller in his constitutional duties and serves as a member on various boards and commissions. All public information requests are directed here for prompt, professional fulfillment.

Division of Computer Services

Provides business and after-hours support for all web applications and integrated services provided by the State Controller. Technologies and staff are available to provide development services on a wide variety of computing platforms.

Bureau of Technical Operations (available Mon - Sun, 6:00 am - 7:00 pm)
Supports the IT infrastructure utilized by SCO staff and its customers. This includes 24/7 ServiceDesk services, datacenter management, server administration, workstation support, data management, network connectivity, cyber security.

Bureau of Service Modernization, Reporting and Transparency(available Mon - Fri, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Develops and enriches ServiceDesk and Reporting experiences for state agencies.
