Completed Authorizations

Purpose:  List all Disposal Authorizations that have been approved by the Head of Agency. Used for auditing purposes

Form Location: www.sco.idaho.gov, application menu "Dispose or Declare of Surplus Property"

Attached Files – Files can only be downloaded when the form is in "Completed status". To download files select the blue paper clip next to the file, and then select 'download'.
