Purpose:  Every agency is assigned at least one Maintain User.  A Maintain User can only be granted access or have access removed by the State Controller's Office (SCO).  A completed online Security Access Request form is required.

​An Agency Maintain User has the ability to:

• View Reports in Online Reporting
• Add or Delete a user in Online Reporting
• Change a User's assigned reports and permission level 
• Set employee permissions for view reports and download reports
• Duplicate an existing employee's reports or permissions
• Add or Delete Individual Reports for Employees
• Download Report from SCO
• View Report Assignments
• Add Reports to Multiple Users
